Avantages
Ebsta has some of the kindest people ever, everyone will make you feel welcome from the beginning. To be fair to Ebsta, my situation was complicated from the get-go, and yet they moved mountains to find ways to accommodate me every step of the way. Even after leaving this incredible team, people still reach out to me to check in! If you are looking for a team that will be supportive and will try to accommodate you so that you are the most comfortable in order to succeed in your role, Ebsta is the place.
Inconvénients
It is a start-up, so things can be a bit messy sometimes and disorganized, but if you are willing to let them know when something isn't working, they will be willing to listen to you.
