Thank you for sharing this, and we are genuinely sorry your start with us felt chaotic. A rocky onboarding can color an entire experience, and reading that is not easy for us, because it is not the welcome we want anyone to have.
We also want you to know we heard the good parts you took the time to name: the brand, the salaries, the office, the energy around AI. Thank you for that fairness.
One thing we hold dear is the habit of speaking the truth, kindly and early, so here is ours. Our onboarding is meant to be live, human, and supportive, never a stack of documents to face alone. If yours was not, that is on us, and it is exactly the kind of thing we work hard to spot and fix. On the probation period, the terms and any renewal are in the contract from the start, but we hear that the clarity and the signals along the way need to be much better, so no one is left guessing.
We will be honest that our pace and our standards are high, and they are not for everyone, and that is okay.
