Flexible hours, opportunities for growth when management doesn't get in the way, good allowance package, lot of leave days
Inconvénients
management depend on the person: micro-management, pressure and constant stressful environment, very low salaries and almost impossible to increase salary except by staying 10 years in the organisation. Very difficult to get any type of promotion.
