Unclear management style with tendency to give commands rather than guidance, no appreciation for motivation and work of the employee, lack of team spirit, lack of leadership and guiding, leadership variating between no contact to the employee and micromanagement, lack of support in regards to basic HR, IT topics, no proper on-boarding, no team activities, comparably low salary and no additional benefits.
