Avantages
Steady ship, heavily investing in APAC Region (Three Acquisitions in 2 years) with large international offices too. Regular reviews that are easy to understand from a timeframe perspective. Good acquisitions with smart, kind people - definitely made smart choices in pairing acquiring businesses culturally, its a fun place to be if you do decide to go in the office. Flexible working, no mandate to return to office though most do 1-2 days a week for the banter.
Inconvénients
Typical corporate beige flags, predominately offshore (England, Romania) budget approvals, HR team etc. Middle-tier communication at management level, a lot of vague conversations with a very delayed response to things, leads to a bit of internal corporate chatter that isn't needed and could be nipped in the bud.

Inconvénients
Once put on a client you are no longer supported making you feel like a number/$$$. No culture of design. Endava is a engineering and delivery company, with designers left unsupported and discouraged. Managers are managing staff on top of their client work often with little/no training. This makes it hard for managers to be across your work to provide coaching, support and encouragement. Also makes it difficult to get recognised and promoted. Your role grade/level is based on engineering grades. For example, if you are a senior designer your role internally will be something like Senior Engineer, even though you are a designer. This is just a formality, but it's not very encouraging. Only certain grades are eligible for a yearly bonus.
