Avantages
Salary was released on time which compensate the bureaucratic reimbursement process and minor discrepancies every now and then.
Inconvénients
The new CEO has no respect for the law. He worked in the Philippines for 3 years without legal permits and not paying right taxes. He kept doing it until immigration finally caught him. Inside the company, he built a culture of politics and fear. Anyone who disagreed with him was treated as enemy and removed without due process. Attrition at the company is at an all time high and the workplace has become unstable and very toxic. At some point, I feel embarassed to be associated with this kind of leadership. Unfortunately I have mouths to feed.
