      Job close to the EU, working with big corporate and startups and SMEs on innovation and sustainability

      Company is very disorganised, every office is working on its own, often competing with each other and the HQ.

      Bad management, entitled teams

      Flexible work policy and small teams

      Inconvénients

      Bad management that do not to teams or only pretend to (unskilled, bossy communication, cases of workplace abuse). No involvement of teams in decisions, very top-down (again from almost no- industry experience) managers and directors, CEO, COO, etc. Bad work culture Huge workload and managers dont care. No managers and HR listens to teams. No upward career opportunities. Biases. Low compensation, no bonuses or advantages, and no increases.
