Decent pay & benefits but poor, toxic management

Mon salaire et mes avantages étaient incroyables, très flexibles pour le télétravail ! J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un superviseur direct génial et compréhensif, certains événements de l'entreprise étaient agréables et amusants. My salary and benefits were incredible, very flexible for remote working! I was fortunate to have a great and very supportive direct supervisor, some of the company events were fun and friendly.

Formation insuffisante pour les nouveaux employés, base de données très embrouillée et très désorganisée, favoritisme pour quelques personnes afin qu'elles soient promues, managers toxiques et autoritaires, environnement de travail quelquefois raciste et homophobique, Insufficient training for new employees, a very confused and disorganized database, favoritism for a few people to get promoted, toxic and authoritarian managers, a sometimes racist and homophobic working environment,
