- Very poor/toxic management at all levels and short-term decisions
- Only financial profits matter
- Employees are just numbers
- No consideration or recognition for work accomplished over many years
- No change in position or responsibilities after several years of service
- Too many internal reorganizations and layoffs without real justification
- Layoffs organized by novices with no respect for employees
- Severance packages negotiated by HR and management that do not meet employee expectations and are always lower than expected
- Managers resort to the following practices: divide and conquer
- Competitive spirit rather than team spirit
- No listening on the part of HR and management in the event of internal conflict
- Impact on customers after bad decisions of management
- Professional life takes precedence over personal life
In conclusion, a bad professional experience that will unfortunately remain etched in my memory forever :(
