      Avantages

      Datamars constantly talks about culture, and they deliver on it. It’s a healthy and transparent organization with strong leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Even after all these years, the company is still experiencing continuous growth. I personally think we need to innovate faster to keep up with the competition. Work-life balance can be challenging, especially in the beginning. There are a lot of opportunities and a lot to do. It can be hard to step back, but leadership is very supportive.

      Company really cares about its employees! Work-life balance is important. It’s definitely an environment where we all try to help each other out.

      I love this place! My team is small but the work-life balance is incredible, the people are great, and the leadership here is amazing. I really feel that upper management makes an effort to listen to the employees within this organization.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of, but if anything comes up I will update this review.
