Company is very disjointed with very few departments communicating with each other. Each department seems to use their own unique tool to function. It can be frustrating. I was hired under a hybrid contract (3 days in-office, 2 days home-office) and they are now changing that to 4 days in-office this fall. I would not have applied for the job if it had been advertised as such.
