Having applied several times for the Product Designer position at Countly, I am immediately placed on a rejection list after each application. The rejection emails I receive are almost identical and seem automated, lacking any original feedback or reasoning. This leads me to believe that the only explanation is discrimination or racial profiling, as there is no other plausible reason for such swift dismissals, given that I meet all the listed qualifications. If you're expecting a fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring process at Countly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. This company seems to practice profiling, and their lack of engagement with qualified candidates is both unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
