— des collègues adorables — certains managers très bons, voir admirables — des sujets potentiellement intéressants — une direction qui n'a pas un mauvais fond (c'est hélas plutôt rare !)

Inconvénients

— salaires faibles — non reconnaissance du travail — certains managers bien moins bons, voir nocifs — situation financière encore difficile pour l'entreprise

Great atmosphere with nice team spirit, powerful solutions with positive impacts. Nice cross-teams works. Flat management with important autonomy. Lots of interactions with the Management, very open to new initiatives.
