Avantages

- Flagship office culture. Strong efforts from Workplace team to get people to have a good space to work from. Much appreciated. - Environment that encourages many to innovate and show initiative on projects and process creation. Can learn a lot in a very short amount of time at the company.

Inconvénients

- Company culture used to be strong, but it hasn't been the case in a while. It is demoralizing for many current employees. It'll take some time for it to be redifined in the context of many acquisitions over the years (resulting in many team reorganizations and departures that still continue to happen to this day). - People team/HR is working hard to define existing position scopes, be more transparent about pay, and to improve internal growth opportunities and frameworks, but still lots to be done. Recent organizational changes and acquisitions have delayed some of this work. Consequence: strong talent tends to leave the company, creating a void in knowledge.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! And for your five plus years with Contentsquare. You’ve been here during such an important period of evolution for us. We’re glad to hear the workplace environment, opportunities to take initiative, and ability to learn and grow quickly have remained meaningful parts of your experience. We also recognize that periods of transformation, acquisitions, reorganizations, and changing priorities can impact morale and how culture is experienced over time. As we’ve evolved into a more global organization and brought multiple companies, including their products and culture products together, maintaining and redefining what made the culture feel special hasn’t always been easy. We’re actively focused on strengthening that culture and bringing back the “people magic” many employees valued so deeply. Feedback like yours reiterates that this work matters. We also appreciate your acknowledgment of the work underway around role clarity, compensation transparency, and growth frameworks. Organizational changes and evolving team structures have at times delayed parts of this work, but these remain important priorities for us as we continue to mature and scale as a company. And while our Learning & Development structure has evolved over time, supporting employee growth and development continues to be a focus for us. We encourage employees to speak with their manager about training and development opportunities, as well as take advantage of the digital learning libraries and resources available to support upskilling and growth. As always, we encourage you to continue sharing feedback with your manager, People Business Partner, and through our engagement and pulse surveys so it can continue informing action plans and priorities moving forward. Our engagement survey starts next week so its a great time to give confidential and robust feedback.

Avantages

Great vibe, people are nice and it's fun to come to the office regularly. You can take ownership of things, if you show interests.

Inconvénients

- Unclear strategy - It's a bit of a "who's louder" situation, which leads to poor decisions

Thank you for sharing your perspective... and for the five plus years you’ve spent with us. We know it has been a period of significant change. We’re glad to hear the team environment, office experience, and ability to take ownership have been positive parts of your experience. We hear your feedback around clarity of direction and decision-making. Over the past few years, CSQ, as you know, has gone through major evolution across teams, products (through acquisitions), customers, markets, and strategy, and we recognize that these periods of transformation can sometimes create uncertainty or disconnect between leadership and the field. Your point about listening closely to regional and frontline teams is an important one. As an employee, we encourage you to continue sharing feedback with your manager, People Business Partner, and through our upcoming engagement survey and pulse surveys so it can help inform action plans and ongoing improvements.
