    Very high expectations especially for daily hours.
    Pay medium.
    Training plan needs enhancement.
    Can be perceived as clicky in some areas.
    Lack of RRSP or bonus program.

    Pretty good money in tips

    Inconvénients

    No employee recognition
    No respect from management
    Staff suggestions not taken seriously
    No communication within management or to staff
    Unable to express any concerns with management for fear of dismissal/scheduling backlash

    Treat staff with respect and appreciation and maybe turnover wouldn't be as high as it is. Treating them like they're disposable does not create a good work environment and facilitates resentment towards the company. Unhappy staff makes the business suffer.

    Avantages

    Great money, worked with some great people, very laid back. Time-off was usually pretty easy to get but getting shifts covered could be a chore.

    Inconvénients

    Some of the management could not care less about being there. Went through 5 GMs in 2 years. Tips could take several weeks to be dispersed. No real perks.

    Have a consistent tip out schedule. I shouldn't have to wait a month or more to get paid.

    Avantages

    The pace of growth sets the stage for rapid promotion within the company while the company's vision for both the short and long term are very exciting. Additionally, the recent additions to the corporate team bring exceptional drive and wealth of experience to aid in the growth process.

    Inconvénients

    The hourly expectations are unsustainable. Also, the pressures that come with such speedy growth of the company often prohibit the level of perfection that everyone is aiming for.
