      Pay, maybe? You basically get paid a tad more and have a "stable" income if they don't decide to fire you

      Micromanagement is the only thing they know how to do well. All the work you will produce will be garbage.

      Competitive pay and a comfortable workspace.

      Inconvénients

      The strategy is highly inconsistent and contradictory, with a management team unable to make decisions and stick to them. Individuals are evaluated based on stressful metrics, with no consideration for quality or the specific challenges of the field. An american company firmly opposed to remote work. People were dismissed in 15 minutes, access revoked and out the door without notice.
