Avantages
Wonderful team of passionate, dynamic and mission-driven people. Great office location, fun products, flexible work-life balance and a good HR team that looks out for your wellbeing. They progress their employees internally - I saw quite a few colleagues get promoted or moved to different teams in order to grow in their careers.
Inconvénients
Can be disorganised as it feels like the team is still learning as they go. This can lead to stress and high workload (start-up vibes) - which can pay off and be rewarding but may not be for everyone.
