      Avantages

      The onboarding process is well-designed. The company scaled from ~20 employees in 2020 to ~250 in 2025, but it scaled very well, with a good culture (remote, open-minded, continuous improvement...). There is a good client base.

      Inconvénients

      We build on old software. We work a lot to improve the existing codebase, but there is a lot of legacy code. The good practices to improve are in place, though (CI, tests...).

      The hiring process was fast, professional, and very well structured. I had thee interviews, and at every step I felt the team's commitment to finding a true MUTUAL fit. The onboarding was equally impressive: clear guidance through the compagny, products, and strategy, and a smooth integration into the team. Overall, an excellent experience that made me feel excited to join

      A lot of information to absorb at the beginning, which can take some time to fully master
