Avantages
A very human, inclusive & healthy Company where I am happy to work at for 6 years now! Great atmosphere & colleagues , organizing regular social activities A Company driven by a fascinating business & common goals/achievements (teamspirit>< individualism) Trust is the key so the management is also very human: no micro-management but autonomy, responsibility & flexibility which are precious benefits
Inconvénients
/ - no real weakness- our business is quite challenging as being on the public markets- following tendering processes but it rathers keeps a certain level of dynamism & adrenaline - just maybe not recommended for people preferring monotony & routine - no time to get bored here :)
