      Great place for life/work balance

      Avantages

      - Working and living next to amazing mountains and outdoors - Bike spirit, motivation for sport activities - Good team size, not too big nor to small - People are warm, easy going and welcoming to foreigners - Very good English spoken - Outside of work activities organized by coworkers, team life

      Inconvénients

      - Design team is very small and sometimes work seems to have little impact - I felt sometimes a lack of direction and conflicting ideas from higher level - Annecy was rather small and is difficult to settle ( at least for me )
