Avantages
- Generally chill work, with few crunch periods (depends on the quarter and team) - Salaries are market-level, though not particularly generous.
Inconvénients
- Unclear strategy and goals, roadmap planning usually happens only at the start of a new quarter. - Expertise isn’t impressive, especially among management. - No benefits or social security; upgrade and bonus schemes are unclear and non-transparent. - No real corporate culture. - There’s a gap between on-site worker benefits and conditions, creating a sense of inequality.
