Avantages
AA is the swiss tool of automation, so the environment is interesting.
Inconvénients
C-levels are more into politics and don't have any industrial roots. No one really understand what they're doing apart from their boring, repetitive tasks. They use a stupid facebook-like internally to spam your inbox daily with uninteresting facts. There is no reliable intranet, they only use messy box accounts. The platform is buggy and you find it quickly no one is able to solve bugs at important clients. So if you work in sales, you get ton of pressure, and almost no chance to sell. Everything could be dramatically simplified and nothing is done in that sense, they even force / track you on social networking to see if you're repeating their communication like a parrot. Definitely one of the worst company I have ever worked for.
