It may look cheaper at signature but the incompetency and the lack of quality of the work may cost you more at the end. HR don’t know what they are recruiting. Lay offs every 6 months… Middle management is incompetent and almost insulting. Be ready for long emails of mean feedback in the middle of the night. Pretty much a bunch of chicken with no heads. No career paths and no understanding of the role they are hiring you for.
