I genuinely enjoy collaborating with everyone at the company—my colleagues are talented, supportive, and exactly the kind of people I thrive with. The problem domain is fascinating, and our leadership consistently provides clear direction.
Inconvénients
That said, navigating legacy issues is a relentless grind. Nearly every project I touched stalled because the data team or Marketplace group battles with outdated systems. Consequently, I was often forced to push timelines back when critical components break. Building a new site now involves lengthy lead times, largely because our existing infrastructure isn’t maintained in a cohesive, forward‑looking manner.
