Avantages
Good cultural experience, pleasant locations, bus to locations, most people like it because its like free night stay, but you definitely have to work at it
Inconvénients
Food at camps is terrible. Actively seen team leaders creep on young female campers. One well-known, popular leader from California who uses his time with campers to entertain barely of age 17 year old girls at camp- during the whole camp he was grooming them to spend more time and contact with him. Name rhymes with Kott. You can't really say anything because he can misdirect attention well or talk with Matt. I remember there were team members getting in trouble while he was off flirting with his 'mentees'. Have seen volunteers wear inappropriate short or see through clothing and not get told anything while being around kids. Knowing what I've experienced on the inside, I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my kids here
