Perspective commerciale
Avantages
They will pay for your flight to Iceland and for accomodation for the first month. Plenty of parking space and easily accessible from downtown Reykjavík Good food and refreshments.
Inconvénients
Complete lack of coordination and communication between teams and departments. Poor planning will result in chaos and confusion as you get incomplete and conflicting demands from management. Don't expect a warm welcome as during your first week you will just be dropped in an open space office to read SOPs and watch video trainings without any help or guidance. Some people here also lack basic manners and politeness as they will just shout words at you hoping to get a result.
