      Avantages

      All the teams (audio, PM, linguistic, marketing & admin) are made of passionate and skillful people. There is a great team spirit and every new person is very well and quickly integrated.

      Inconvénients

      Although there is high potential in this company, I have the feeling that it is growing too fast without having sufficient capacities to evolve at such a pace. Due to a lack of staff, the workload is not always evenly shared, or shared according to the employees' skills and some periods of the year are thus quite stressful. Also, more benefits like reduced prices for public transportation, or a relocation pack would be appreciated.

      Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate your honesty! Regarding our rush periods, we’ve put a lot of effort into lightening the workloads. We have hired new linguists and allocated additional employees to project management positions. We’re proud to have been able to improve our internal workflows thanks to our efforts and experience.
