2yHi,
First of all, thanks for the feedback.
And we mean that.
Where to begin.. Well, at least I’m happy that you’ve appreciated the content of our fridges and the support you’ve received from our fleet coördinator. It’s true, he does provide really good support and we’re happy it’s appreciated.
When it comes to the rest of the review. Well, there are some personal opinions of you and some comments on the business side of things.
Your opinion that Roel and I are incapable of running the business is an opinion you are intitled to. But one should admit that the last 10 years prove that we’re at least doing something right. We are growing consistently. Year after year. In a really competitive market.
We have given so much employees a chance to develop themselves as developers, consultants and professionals. And we are proud of that. This is the goal that keeps us going.
You’re personally frustrated with how things have gone for you. And we respect that. The opening of our office in Brussels has not gone perfectly. But as all things in life, it’s only those who do things whom make mistakes.
So sure, we make a lot of mistakes. We truly do. But we do good things as well. ;)
Then regarding your comments on the business. You basically claim 2 things. One is that we “have no clients”. The second is that we would end up in legal battles and/or bankrupty.
Well, let me start by saying that we just had our best Januari ever. A new record turnover for the month January. So a lack of clients is really not the issue.
The issue was that some consultants which were hired in Brussels office don’t match with the clients that we have. And that some of them had the wrong expectations for a role of consultant whithin AllPhi. All hires were done with the best intentions, of everyone involved, but the outcome was not as we had hoped. We regret this. And, in hindsight, we (Roel + myself) should have excersided more control over the hiring process.
Therefore we have now centralized the hiring process with 1 person. We will not make this mistake again.
Regarding any legal consequences I can be brief. I have not had one legal dispute in my 5 years within AllPhi. because we follow the rules 100%. Without exception.
And lastly, regarding the possibility of us going bankrupt I can be really brief. We have been consistently growing our turnover by 10% procent for 10 years (except the COVID year). Also in calender year 2024 we will break our records again. I can say that pretty confidently.
Kind regards,
Dorus
