      Not a good place for stable development and career growth

      Avantages

      Maybe the opportunity to work on some products of importance to our nation but so is everyone else.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership Focus on newly hired President and CEO’s preference for “his” team. Railroads great employees who have an intense focus on the mission. The mission is not shared with San Diego leadership (and Huntsville). Avoid this place. Disappointed in Brian Raduenz and his staff on the decisions he made for the employees of this company.
