      - Salary is on the minimum wage and is totally dependent of the dollar exchange rate.

      Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you are enjoying your colleagues as well as the work from home aspect. The current payroll system uses the US dollar globally for consistency. Salary itself is based on a combination of working language and location.
