Best thing is that the company is good with their benefit packages and they offer bike to work scheme and the usual tax saver

You get health insurance, there's a save as you earn policy offering the ability to purchase discounted stock as you save, there's a generous pension contribution too. 24 days holidays, and they're very flexible with how much time you can have off at once.
The worst thing is the bonus consistency. It's very difficult to achieve the full 25%, realistically you're going to be between 15-18% if you have a good year.

No pension scheme. Was 22 days holidays, but I think it went up to 24 since. Official hours were 8.30-5.15 but it was at the discrion of your manager. No options to work from home. VHI was brought in eventually. Bike to work scheme. 3 days paternity leave. Some paid maternity leave depending on how long you were in the company but you had to pay it back if you left I think. Life assurance for up to 4 times your salary. 3 days wedding leave.
