it's more like an interactive session. they will provide you their resume to fill your bio-data which includes almost every details of your life. they will ask questions from that. they may ask about the biggest failure of your life. if asked answer it honestly because they consider your failure and what efforts you have put to overcome it. this round is easy. you just need good interpersonal skills.
