The phone screen and face to face went stellar -- we clicked and this was one of my best interviews ever. I was told that I will be brought back for a face to face with other senior members. However, I was also told that the manager needs someone to be his right hand and they are looking for "young blood" to run the department. I am 54. There was a clear vibe that age is a concern. So on one hand, the company is offering pension, but clearly, they are hoping that you would be long gone before it kicks in. So much for young blood
