I just told my interviewer the truth about my passion for making a difference in people's lives, particularly people who have cancer. My mother got re-diagnosed with stage3 breast cancer but just in time (hopefully) before it spread to the lymph nodes. Knowing that I would be servicing these exact machines that directly affect the outcome of patients like my mother is a huge driving force for why I would be passionate to work for Roche.
