I feel recruitment offers progression and advancement which is key for me as I like to excel in anything i do, also I feel as if you are your own boss as the uncapped commission gives you the ability to earn as much as you want and rewards you for the hard work you would be putting in. I want to get a foot on the ladder in the property market and knowing the determination and motivation I have I feel as though I would be able to make this dream come true as I am ambitious and always strive to hit high targets.
