Come as you are- "Diversity, inclusion and respect are our superpowers. We believe that diversity of ideas and opinions breeds creativity and solutions". Lots of organisations talk about diversity and inclusion, but you can really feel it when you enter the office. There are females in engineering, people with visible and invisible disabilities, and people of different backgrounds and experiences. That tells me a lot about their values and how they put them into practice.
