The questions, written out in advance, and read from a printout, seemed very specific, but did not actually apply to the position. The position is not in a Network Operations Center, and it is not a development position. The hiring manager "preferred a more informal interview process, but..." I guess this Director didn't have the social or management skills to conduct an interview.
