With my many years at PACCAR, I know the culture and goals of what the company needs. Granted, I may be currently weak at some of the technical requirements required for the job but that's just a learning curve. No person ever comes into a new job knowing everything and "hit the ground running" as you said you need. However, with the network I have and the ability to ask the right questions, I can offer you that I will go above and beyond to make sure to meet or exceed in driving PACCAR as a leader in the truck industry.
