I worked for this company in the late 90’s when they were known as Propertyfirst.com. They hired a bunch of college kids to help build their Commercial Real Estate listing service just so it could be sold a year later to Loopnet. In the process these crooks convinced these college kids to buy pre-public shares of the company just so they could raise more funds before they sold it to loopnet. For several years after that I called asking about my 14 shares I purchased for about $140 dollars. I was told time and time again they were worthless. Then in 2011 loopnet sold to Costar Group and I by then was a real estate agent actually using there service paying $60.00 a month. I fell on difficult times with the real estate crash of 2008 and cancelled my loopnet service only to be harassed by some sales guy who called me saying I couldn’t cancel unless I paid. I told him to f....Off because loopnet & propertyfirst stole money from me when I was a college graduate then laid me off after selling the company....Well low and behold Jan 2016 comes around and I finally reap my reward. Being that Costar group was a public company they were required by the SEC to do everything by the book. Well when they took over it turns out my 14 shares had amassed $10,000 in dividends and the state of California was trying to contact me to collect my unclaimed funds. Several private investigators reached out to me trying to get 10% of my funds. I told them to f....off and contacted the state directly and collected my money! Thanks!
