Same happened with me, false commitment has been given by the recruiter or might be HR person(Name:SB), after completing all the rounds of interview and also final salary discussion they haven't shared offer letter and also HR says it's confirmed and don't look for other opportunities. After spending so many days trusting on them and continued calling they not even bothered to reply on it, pathetic process and I feel they just like to play with the candidates feelings and their valuable time as they don't even care about it and alot.
