Hi, thank you for your feedback on our interviewing process. We are always trying to make our process better and this will certainly help! We have decided to work in the code challenge later on in the interview process to save candidates time in the initial process. As far as feedback goes, we try to provide everyone with some prompt feedback, but in some cases due to an influx of applicants, that isn't the case due to our engineers busy schedules.
