Based on the fact that the above interviewee had a similar experience and is saying that he/she received a standard rejection letter, I wanted to add that I did get a standard rejection letter a few weeks later but refused to believe that this was how they would communicate after so much effort. Matt, the hr guy, really needs to be coached on how to treat interviewees (or get fired-just my $.02)
