Direct and short interview process. 1 meeting with the hiring manager, then one meeting onsite with hiring manager and a potential peer of mine. Thorough interviews but short and to the point. Only negative was I was flown in then interviewed that afternoon, making flight delays very impactful and very stressful. It would have been nice to sleep, show up fresh, and do the interview in the morning
