      Could you say more about the Excel test? I am wondering if it's the same basic test, even in different countries.

      The only thing I remember is it makes you actually take the real steps, you can't use shortcuts. So if you've been using Excel for years and years you actually have to stop & think. But seriously, with how bad they go through people, you could probably totally screw it up & you'll be fine.
