After completing all the 3 rounds. they told me that they've a cultural check round. which infact was more like a technical discussion again. And finally HR mailed saying you've passed all the tests and discussed about CTC process and asked for the formal documents. Then the process of regular follow-up starts. And HR told me they want to have one more hangouts round which never happened.
