Applied through a recruiter the process was smooth and not too complicated, they proceeded really quickly. The issue came on the day of the Teams call where the Merchandiser was non-conversational and cold. She wasn't interacting with any of the answers I gave, nor was she respondant in any way. She later told the recruiter that I was too energetic which is bullocks. I came prepared & felt I had to carry the whole interview due to her aloof personality.

After sending your CV they send an e-mail for a video interview. There is a link that takes you to some videos of the CEO asking you questions and you have to record a 1min answer. It is possible to record every answer several times until you are satisfied with the video.
