I brought up the boilerplate answer of colorblind settings, making sure there's an option for narration, etc. They asked me how someone who is blind or physically impaired might navigate a website, and I made sure to bring up the fact that all mouse controls are accessible via the keyboard - visually impaired persons don't need the precision that a mouse provides so long as the website is developed with them in mind.
