How would deal with a difficult guest?

First I would attempt to see if the complaint is related to my duties. If so, and if legit, I would thank them for their input, and work to make possible changes. If not regarding me personally, but someone else or a particular incident regarding similar work, I would see if I could help them improve by using proper supplies or equipment.

If the complaint is not regarding my job, or is regarding other people, I would refer them to the membership department,
