As a claims specialist or client support, I handle difficult situation calmly and used reason for any circumstances. We worked more on deadlines, there are times that the timeframes are very short and most likely unachievable, so I planned accordingly my task and make sure that deadlines are efficiently met to avoid clients complains and delays.
