I answered along the lines of taking the two parties out separately to find out the issues which is bothering them and understand their reasons for the conflict. From there, using my negotiation and interpersonal skills, I manoeuvre carefully to address and remind the both parties of the focus of that main objective and resolve the conflict between both parties in order to achieve it addressing and suggesting alternatives to the issues highlighted.
